About

Kristen Carmouche joined the Noble Law Firm in October of 2019 as the Operations Assistant.  In December of 2019, Kristen also joined the Client Services Department as an Intake Specialist.  Before joining the Firm, Kristen held positions in Customer Service and Quality Improvement with Magellan Behavioral Health.  She has also spent over 15 years volunteering in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City School System, most recently as the President of the Athletic Booster Club at Culbreth Middle School.  Kristen has served on the Board of The Chapel Hill Summer Swim League for four years and led as the Championship Meet Director and President from 2017-2018.  Kristen was promoted to Lead Intake Specialist in 2020 and has recently transitioned to Client Services and Billing Manager of The Noble Law. She brings her years of experience in customer service, process improvement, and teamwork to this area of the Firm.

Kristen has a B.A. in Psychology from Lehigh University and an M.Ed. in Counseling from North Carolina State University.  Kristen is an avid tennis and pickleball player and in her spare time, she competes in the local USTA Ladies Tennis Leagues.  She also enjoys running/hiking with her two dogs Oscar and Rose and supporting her kids in competitive swimming and lacrosse. Kristen resides in Chapel Hill, NC with her husband Henry, and three children James, Charles, and Emma.
