Ben joined our team in 2026 as a Lead Attorney, in the Noble Law Firm’s office in Raleigh. Prior to joining Noble, Ben had his own law firm for 15 years focusing on employment and civil rights. In addition to his law practice, from 2016-2023, Ben served as a pre-law instructor to high school students in the Chicago Public Schools. Ben received his J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law in 2004, with a certificate in civil litigation. During his time in law school, Ben externed for a federal judge, served as a mentor to youth in the Street Law program as well as Big Buddies, in addition to being the President of the Jewish Law Students Association and a member of the Board of Trustees for Hillel of Case Western. Ben was also selected as a law student advisor to the Law School committee.
Ben is a seasoned litigator with over two decades of experience advocating for individuals in employment law, civil rights, and complex dispute resolution. Ben handles litigation concerning Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Rehabilitation Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and other federal and state employment statutes. Ben provided representation before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Illinois Department of Human Rights and the Human Rights Commission, the Chicago Commission on Human Relations and in state and federal court. Ben is known for his friendly but fierce approach to lawyering and his zealous courtroom advocacy and strategic, client-centered approach. Ben has dedicated his career to advocating for individuals facing systemic injustices, workplace discrimination, and rights violations.
